This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") governs the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of user information by the CleanSight mobile application (the "App"), operated by the App developer (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, and using the App, you (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "user") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions of this Policy. This Policy complies with global privacy protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and relevant national and regional data protection laws, as well as the requirements of application distribution platforms such as Google Play.
This Policy applies to all users who download, install, and use the App. It covers all information collected, used, stored, and processed by us during your use of the App. This Policy does not apply to third-party applications, websites, or services that may be linked to the App; for such third-party services, their respective privacy policies shall apply, and we shall not be liable for the privacy protection practices of any third party.
We adhere to the principles of legality, fairness, transparency, necessity, and minimization in collecting and processing user information. We only collect information necessary for the normal operation of the App and the provision of core services, and we will clearly inform you of the purpose, scope, and method of collecting information before collecting it, and obtain your explicit consent.
To ensure the stable operation of the App, optimize user experience, and improve service quality, we may collect non-personal identifiable information generated during your use of the App, including but not limited to: anonymous device information (such as device model, system version, device unique identifier, and operating system type), App usage data (such as the frequency of using the App, the duration of each use, the functions used, and the operation records), and network connection information (such as network type and signal strength). This information is collected automatically when you use the App and does not involve any personal identifiable information.
As a cleaning tool App, CleanSight needs to collect and process relevant information of your device storage to realize the core functions of scanning, identifying, and cleaning junk files, cache, residual files, duplicate files, and large files. The relevant information collected includes the file name, size, type, and storage path of the files in the device storage. This information is only used for the purpose of cleaning the device storage and is processed locally on your device without being uploaded to our servers.
When you use the feedback, complaint, or consultation function of the App, you may voluntarily provide contact information (such as email address) and relevant description information. This information is only used to respond to your needs and handle your feedback, complaints, or consultations, and will not be used for other purposes without your explicit consent.
We will never collect your personal identifiable information (such as name, phone number, ID number, address, contacts, and bank card information) without your explicit consent, nor will we collect sensitive personal information (such as health data, location information, and biometric information) in any form. We strictly abide by the "minimum necessary" principle and do not collect any information unrelated to the App's core functions.
We will only use the collected information for the following legitimate purposes, and will not use it beyond the scope of the stated purposes without your explicit consent:
All information collected by the App, including device storage file information and non-personal identifiable information, is processed and stored locally on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store any user information to our external servers or any third-party servers. Your information is fully controlled by you, and you can delete the relevant information at any time by uninstalling the App or using the App's cleaning function.
We attach great importance to the security of user information and have taken a series of technical and management measures to prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, or destruction of user information, including but not limited to: adopting encryption technology to protect the transmission and storage of information; setting up strict access control mechanisms to limit the scope of personnel who can access information; regularly conducting security audits and vulnerability scans to promptly discover and fix potential security risks; formulating strict data security management systems and training relevant personnel to enhance data security awareness.
The information stored locally on your device will be retained for the duration of your use of the App. Once you uninstall the App, all information related to you stored locally will be automatically deleted. For the contact information and feedback content you voluntarily provide, we will retain it only for the period necessary to handle your feedback or consultation, and will delete it in a timely manner after the handling is completed.

We attach great importance to the protection of minors' information. If you are a minor under the age of 14, you must use the App under the supervision and guidance of your legal guardian, and your legal guardian must read and agree to this Policy on your behalf before using the App. We will not intentionally collect information from minors, and if we find that we have collected information from minors without the consent of their legal guardians, we will delete the relevant information in a timely manner.
We may update this Policy from time to time in accordance with changes in laws, regulations, and the App's service functions. When this Policy is updated, we will notify you through a pop-up window, in-app notification, or other prominent ways within the App. The updated Policy will take effect on the date of notification. If you continue to use the App after the update of this Policy, it means that you have read, understood, and agreed to the updated Policy. If you do not agree to the updated Policy, you should stop using the App immediately.
Although we have taken strict security protection measures, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of user information due to the inherent risks of network transmission and information technology. If your information is leaked, stolen, or damaged due to force majeure, hacker attacks, technical vulnerabilities of the device, or improper operation by you, we will not be liable for any losses caused thereby, provided that we have fulfilled our obligations of reasonable care and security protection in accordance with this Policy and relevant laws and regulations.
If you have any questions, suggestions, complaints, or requests related to this Policy or the protection of your information, you can contact us through the in-app support channel. We will review and respond to your request within 15 working days and do our best to solve your problems.
This Policy is the entire agreement between you and us regarding the protection of user information. If any provision of this Policy is deemed invalid or unenforceable due to changes in laws, regulations, or judicial interpretations, the remaining provisions shall still be valid and binding on both parties.
